Director, Product Marketing, Shipper Suite

This highly creative marketing leader will drive Kewill’s expansion of its Shipping and Compliance products into the broader Transport Management market by driving the go to market and product strategy for Kewill’s shipper suite of products. The selected candidate will have a strong background in Transportation Management solutions and a clear understanding of the broader supply chain world. This individual will be an evangelist for Kewill solutions through thought leadership activities, and will be responsible for the creation  and dissemination of value-based positioning. Working with Kewill’s sales and marketing teams, the Shipper Suite Product Marketing Director will improve Kewill’s market focus and ultimately increase revenue and customer value.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Develop positioning and messaging for Kewill solutions that increase Kewill’s focus and raise the success rate in marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Define, evangelize and drive success for the shipper suite road map
  • Create powerful sales tools to improve sales enablement and increase productivity in the sales teams.
  • Promote Kewill though creation of whitepapers, blogs, speaking opportunities.
  • Work with regional marketing communication teams to amplify Kewill’s thought leadership, and global brand.
  • Research and identify and justify new market opportunities for Kewill transportation solutions.
  • Team with product managers to conduct training on Kewill market strategy, go to market plans across executive, marketing and sales teams.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of product marketing experience
  • Demonstrated concrete experience in winning new customers with transportation solutions.
  • Domain knowledge in Shipper-based, SaaS/Cloud TMS(Transport Management System)  software and market
  • Experience with US road transport, and international modes a plus.
  • Exceptional skills in positioning, messaging, and capturing the results in actionable tools for sales and marketing.
  • Track record of successful marketing strategies, taking products to new markets.
  • A field person who loves to spend time with customers and prospects, learning how to deliver more value.
  • Up to 50% travel, including international travel.
  • Drives success through example and performance, rather than position.
