Bob Farrell - Chief Executive Officer

Bob Farrell

As president and CEO, Bob Farrell brings more than 25 years of broad and diverse international business leadership experience to Kewill.  Bob joined the company in October of 2012 to accelerate growth by driving operational improvements and executing on strategies that enable Kewill to extend its leadership position in the global trade and logistics software and solutions markets.

Prior to joining Kewill, he was president and CEO of EDGAR Online, a leading global provider of XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) software, services and data where he managed the sale of the company to RR Donnelly & Sons (NASDAQ: RRD).   Before EDGAR Online, Bob was chairman and CEO of Metastorm, a global provider of business process management software and solutions that was acquired by OpenText (NASDAQ: OTEX).  Bob was also the president of the Americas for Mercator Software, a NASDAQ-listed provider of enterprise application integration software. He was also chief operating officer at LeadingSide, where he led day-to-day operations for the global provider of knowledge-driven information retrieval and also served as executive vice president of international operations at Computer Horizons, a worldwide provider of IT services and solutions to Fortune 1000 and government organisations. Earlier in his career, Bob held positions at several large organisations including E. F. Hutton, American Express and Grumman Data Systems.

Andrew Hicks – Chief Financial Officer

Andrew Hicks

Andrew joined Kewill as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in January 2013 after 15 years in the software industry, where he held a variety of senior financial positions in both the UK and US. Before joining Kewill, Andrew was Global Head of Integration for Misys, providing executive-level global oversight to the operational merger with Turaz, where he had previously been CFO. Prior to Turaz, he was the CFO at P2 Energy Solutions based out of Denver, CO.

Andrew holds a BA from the University of York, and is a member of the Institute of Charted Accountants in England and Wales. Andrew also holds the qualification of ACA.

Evan Puzey - Chief Marketing Officer

Evan Puzey

With nearly 20 years experience in the supply chain industry, Evan has assisted enterprises and logistics service providers in more than 30 countries, across 5 continents, with their supply chain initiatives. Originally a demand forecaster and planner for Castrol in the Asia Pacific region, Evan moved to a solution implementation role with Mercia (Supply Chain Planning) and then progressed to sales, pre-sales, marketing and global product management roles with Mercia and then Finmatica (Supply Chain Management). Evan has been with Kewill since 2004 in senior Marketing and Product Management roles, most recently as Chief Operating Officer for Kewill Asia Pacific.

Lee Muise – Senior Vice President Product Development

Lee Muise

Lee Muise joined Kewill in March 2013 and is responsible for defining and implementing Kewill’s global development strategy. Lee has over 20 years’ experience of software application delivery and a proven track record of success in building cohesive, multifunctional development teams.

Prior to Kewill, Lee held executive roles at leading software companies including SVP Digital Marketing Technology at Epsilon where he developed the technology strategy for their next generation SOA based TIBCO EMS Multi-Channel Digital Messaging platform, VP Software Engineering at EMC and SVP of Engineering at Xchange, Inc. He holds an MS in Information Systems Management from University of Southern California and a BA from Ripon College.

Robin Martin - Senior Vice President Professional Services

Robin Martin

Robin Martin joined Kewill in February 2013 as SVP Professional Services, responsible for the delivery of Kewill's supply chain software solutions globally, focusing on developing processes and procedures to ensure a consistent, high-quality solution delivery based on standard methodologies. Robin has 25 years’ experience and a proven track record of building high-growth enterprise software companies.

Prior to joining Kewill, Robin worked in executive positions at leading business process management (BPM) providers including EVP International for Metastorm, where he was responsible for all of Metastorm’s activities outside of the Americas, SVP Global Field Operations at TIBCO and COO of Staffware. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from De Montfort University.

Siân Hopwood - Senior Vice President Managed Services & Customer Support

Sian Hopwood

Siân is responsible for customer support and managed services globally, supporting over 40,000 users via a network of dedicated helpdesks and hosting centers across the Europe, Americas and Asia Pacific. She oversees Service Management and directs a team of customer support and managed services specialists in working with customers to increase Kewill’s service value.

Having joined Kewill in 2007 as UK Support Manager, Siân progressed to UK Support Director before taking overall responsibility for the EMEA region as Vice President Support Services, incorporating responsibility for managed services, in October 2008 and then taking on global responsibility for this area from 2011. She has extensive experience of managing technology customers, having previously held support and operations management positions with technology companies such as Unisys. She holds a BSc Hons Information Systems.

James J. “Jay” Waldron – Senior Vice President of Sales, North America

Jay Waldron

Jay Waldron joined Kewill in September of 2012 bringing with him over 20 years of executive sales leadership in technology/software companies. As SVP of Sales, Jay is responsible for sales strategy and the tactical execution of his direct and channels sales teams across Kewill’s range of global trade and shipping execution software solutions throughout North America.

Prior to joining Kewill, Jay held executive sales roles at SAP, Softrax, Applix, Inc and Vision Systems where he built consistently high-performing direct and indirect global sales organizations. Jay graduated from Brown University with a BS in Computer Engineering.

Jan-Paul Boos - Senior Vice President EMEA

Jan-Paul Boos

Jan-Paul Boos joined Kewill in March 2013, bringing almost 20 years’ experience of international sales leadership and executive management in the software industry. As SVP EMEA, Jan-Paul is responsible for the strategy and effective tactical delivery of key account management and market development across Kewill’s range of supply chain software solutions throughout the EMEA region.

Prior to joining Kewill, Jan-Paul held executive sales roles at JDA Software (Formerly RedPrairie), Manhattan Associates, and IBM, where he created a solid track record of driving customer success and profitable market development. He holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from RSM Erasmus University and a Masters in International Management from HEC School of Management in Paris.

Guhan Periasamy – Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific and Japan

Guhan Periasamy

Guhan Periasamy joined Kewill in May 2013 as SVP Asia Pacific and Japan. He has 23 years of experience gained within the software industry in executive and senior management roles covering sales, pre-sales, business development and services. Guhan will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy for Kewill’s range of supply chain execution software solutions, and the management of direct sales teams and channel partners, throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Before his current role at Kewill, Guhan held executive and senior management roles at Progress Software, TIBCO and Staffware that reflected his strong leadership and management skills. He has driven successful sales and partner strategies in key growth markets throughout Asia. Guhan holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Australia and Computer Engineering from M.K University, India.
