Registration
To add your account to the Kewill EDI Bureau you need to fill in a Bureau Registration & Packing Method Form along with a credit application form. Once these have been completed you need to return them to the Bureau using the contact details provided.

Please complete the Registration & Credit Forms with all your details, ensuring that it is legible and all information is correct, especially your postcode & email address(es).
Any queries in completing the Packing Method form should be directed to Linda Davison at Bhs, tel 01827 843128.
Once completed, return your forms to the Bureau. We will then inform Bhs that you are ready to commence bureau trading. The first information received for you from Bhs will be your Product Listings and Contracts. This will be sent to you by email (PDF format). You will need to check this information to ensure that everything has been entered correctly. Please pay particular attention to the pack and cubic sizes of the products. If there are any discrepancies, please contact your buyer at Bhs immediately.
Any further Contract or Product Reports raised by Bhs will continue to be automatically emailed to you as the Kewill Bureau receives them.
