Declaration & Availability
After the Contracts have been sent, we will email you an Availability Report template. This is a list of your approved contracted products that you will be supplying to Bhs. You will need to complete this spreadsheet with details of your available stock, once Bhs have instructed you to declare Availability.
Availability
The file will be sent to you in csv (comma separated values) format, this is a plain text file and can be edited in various programs. The most common program is Microsoft Excel but there are other free alternatives including OpenOffice.org and many other spreadsheets.
Enter the details of your availability in the end column making sure all the other details are unaltered, if there are any errors on your template you will need to contact your buyer so we can send you a corrected version.
The file must be sent back to Kewill as a csv file, not in the proprietary spreadsheet format, return this to the sender of the original email, before 2pm on each Friday.

Availability Loader
To assist you in completing your Availability each week, Kewill can provide you with a tool to ensure that when you open your CSV file, only the Quantity Available column can be altered. This ensures that when you return your Availability to us, no errors will occur due to other information being altered.
