Subscription & Quarterly Costs
Option 1: Quarterly Cost (3 continuous
month period) £160.00/quarter
Option 2: Annual Cost (12 continuous month period) £540.00/year
This charge covers the cost for Kewill to run a Bhs EDI system on your behalf, the administration relating to handling your Purchase Orders, Availability processing, production of your Bhs Invoices and sending you all other ancillary paperwork relevant to your account.
The subscription charge will be invoiced from the 1st day of the month you receive your first Purchase Order from Bhs. It will then cover you for a three or twelve month period. No refunds will be given for part use of the Bureau.
Label Charges
This charge is for the printing of your barcode labels. There are 12 labels per sheet – label charges are per sheet.

Reprints:
If there is a need to reprint you labels (i.e. lost in your warehouse/wrong
packing method advised) these will be charged at the normal rate plus carriage
costs.
Admin & Courier Charges (per consignment)
Each Consignment/Delivery £15.00* up to 1kg
*Standard Delivery Service is by Business
Post for Next Day B4 Noon.
Carriage, Admin and Packaging price for UK Mainland only. Northern Ireland,
Eire and Overseas carriage TBA.
A £5.00 charge will be made to those suppliers who have only Purchase Order related paperwork sent via the Post.
