Kewill and Sigma Micro enter into ISV partnership agreement

Sigma Micro Standardises on Clippership® for SigmaCommerce 4.0
August 16, 2007 - Marlborough, MA. - Kewill (LSE: KWL), a leading provider of global solutions for the dynamic supply network, today announced that the two companies have entered into a strategic (ISV) partnership agreement. Under the agreement, Sigma Micro has developed a tight integration between Clippership and their SigmaCommerce 4.0 product and is licensing the Kewill product to its multi-channel market. The companies will continue to collaborate on sales and marketing.
With the newly integrated solution Sigma Micro will be able to offer their customers a complete multi-carrier shipping solution allowing the management of shipping activities supporting services from DHL, FedEx, USPS, and UPS carriers leading to improved customer satisfaction and increased profitability.
