KGM outsource messaging to Kewill for streamlining and cost benefits

Over the next couple months KGM will be operating on a fully hosted and managed service via Kewill InsuranceXchange (KIX) partnered with RDT Insurance Systems (RDT) to create the complete solution. KIX integrates with the RDT insurance software to collect, transform and deliver data in a format that can be received regardless of what back office systems are being used by their business partners. Previous systems in place at KGM had meant that man hours were being spent re-keying data but since the introduction of KIX this has been eradicated. KGM has signed a multiple year contract with the KIX/RDT partnership to provide the accuracy and consistence of transferring data KGM required.
