Partners diagramKewill’s partner program has enabled our partner companies grow and sustain their businesses with extended product and service offerings and is a strategic component of Kewill's corporate strategy.  Kewill partner program supports a variety of partner categories and specialised sub-types allowing a diverse range of organisations the opportunity to develop, deliver and support Kewill’s market leading solutions and offer unparalleled value to mutual customers.

Partner categories include:

  • Technology - peripheral providers, third party software and platform providers looking to sell their solutions to Kewill's clients or for Kewill to use in development or delivery of solutions
  • Consultant - business consultants, systems integrators and carrier service providers that provide services to their clients 
  • Channel - ISVs and VARs that sell Kewill solutions to their clients
  • Compliance - local, regional, global carriers, regulatory compliance services

Kewill’s partners have reaped significant benefits through their association with Kewill, which provides:

  • Expanded business opportunities, increased revenue and greater market exposure
  • An ability to differentiate solutions from the competition through enhanced integrated solution capabilities
  • Increased potential to retain existing customers by offering extended functionality and value

Since partner participation can vary depending on the partner category, a partner’s level of commitment to Kewill, and the services and products they offers, Kewill provides a structured partner program.  At every level, partners can rely on Kewill for support in many areas from marketing, sales, technical services to training.  The three partner levels are:

  • Partner - referral partners and new partners in the early relationship stage
  • Certified Partner - partners that have Kewill skills certification and/or offer Kewill certified products and services that work with Kewill's solutions
  • Premier Partner - reserved for Partners with superior performance in the Kewill partner program and will typically have certification in may areas and with many of their personnel.  Premier Partners usually have specialised vertical industry and/or application knowledge or expertise and have multi-regional/national or global operations.

In addition to these partnership levels Kewill has a select number of Strategic Alliances.  An Alliance Partnership represents the highest level of mutual business impact, commitment and investment.  Alliance Partners usually participate in one or more partner categories.  Alliance Partnerships are sponsored by Kewill Executive Management.
