Import Compliance

Kewill Import Compliance solutions automate interactions with Customs and Border Protection programs that facilitate trade, including AMS, RLF, ABI, NCAP/FAST, C-TPAT, CSI, ACE, Recon, and others while enabling clients to spend more time focusing on their business and less time dealing with the complexities of CBP compliance.

Kewill’s import compliance software provides importers, brokers and/or shippers with the tools to consistently rate import shipments and manage their import compliance requirements.  Kewill solutions streamline and automate the HTS classification and valuation of import shipments, while maximizing the opportunities for increased cash flow by limiting Customs duty exposures, costs, and fees associated with entry processing.  The system can be used to supplement an in-house inventory system or it can be integrated with an ERP system.  It also includes a complete audit trail in the event of a Customs inquiry.  ABI software systems that provide approved ABI participants with the ability to electronically file entries with US Customs Service Data Center via ABI.

Export Compliance

Kewill’s export compliance solutions perform mandated government screening for restricted parties, embargoed countries, and export license determination, along with checks for red flag indicators to screen end use, and end users. Kewill offers a complete export documentation production system with all standard document sets to provide compliance with the varied international documentation requirements and regulations, including automated electronic filing of Export Declarations (AES, CAED, etc).  To facilitate internal management and communication as well as maintain peace of mind in the event of governmental inquiries Kewill systems include a notification service and complete audit trail.
