Connectivity

The following connectivity methods with the customer are available as standard with the Kewill's products and services:

  • FTP via the Internet.  The customer may decide whether the customer initiates FTP sessions to Kewill’s FTP server or Kewill initiates FTP sessions to the customer’s FTP server.
  • FTP via the Internet through an IPSEC VPN tunnel.  The customer may decide whether the customer initiates FTP sessions to Kewill’s FTP server or Kewill initiates FTP sessions to the customer’s FTP server.
  • AS2. 

Additional customer connectivity methods are available if specified in the customer’s contract. Options include:

  • HTTP(S)

  • Frame relay or leased line
  • MQSeries
  • JMS
  • OFTP IP

Trading Community Communications

Kewill MessageBroker provides a suite of communications protocols and standards to provision connectivity to the customer’s Trading Partners.  Communications methods supported include:

  • Selected VAN services including:
    • BT EDI*NET
    • GXS Tradanet, Information Exchange and TGMS
    • Easylink
    • Sterling Information Broker
    • Inovisworks
    • Other VAN and X400 services via interconnections with Kewill’s selected VANs.
