Unassisted Customer Service

One of the most powerful features of Alliance™ Air Export is its ability to provide unassisted customer service. You can set up its events system to automatically send an alert to an employee, agent, carrier, customer or any other trading partner using e-mail, EDI, or fax. You can issue alerts when events happen or do not happen as planned, when shipment status changes, or when any other pre-established criteria is met.

The system has the power to utilize Boolean logic with any combination of events or data elements to establish the criteria for sending an alert. For example, you could set the system up to automatically send a fax pre-alert when a flight departs. Additionally, the method for establishing these alerts can be built using a multi-tiered approach allowing for an unlimited matrix of possibilities.

AES Module

An Automated Export System (AES) module is fully integrated with Alliance™ Air Export, automating the process of complying with reporting requirements. Users input and validate AES data through the standard shipment processing program. AES data is then automatically extracted and sent to Customs using the EDI EDIFACT standard and results fed back to the Alliance™ database upon receipt.

Executive Information System (EIS)

The Alliance™ EIS is an information system that enables non-technical users to gain easy access to the information in the Alliance™ database for analysis and reporting purposes. Using an ODBC driver and a reporting tool of choice, such as MSAccess or Crystal Reports, Users can interactively explore report data or respond to an importer's or exporter's specific request for information.

Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

Alliance™ Air Export has an integrated EDI module that allows shipment data to be seamlessly passed back and forth between you and your agents, carriers, customers or any other trading partner. EDI transmissions significantly reduce errors and the time spent manually keying information into the system, yielding significant productivity increases.

Fax Export Interface

This module provides a vehicle to fax export documents from Alliance™ Air Export. Forms such as air waybills, bills of lading, manifest invoices, cargo manifests, and export declarations can be predetermined and sent to specific parties. The system can fax any form that can be printed and send it at any predetermined time.

Alliance™ Air Export's operations center makes navigation easy. With one keystroke,
operators can switch between the details of house bills, master bills, and orders. Additionally,
it provides quick data entry, queries on events, and access to all shipment functions.
