This system precisely tracks every shipment detail and lets you automatically notify customers and trading partners of changes in status by e-mail, fax or other electronic means. It also includes powerful tools for facilitating shipment logistics such as carrier selection and scheduling and modules for AES reporting, managing consolidations, and keeping track of shipments in a warehouse.
Featuring a client/server Windows-based graphical user interface, Alliance™ Air Export makes it easier than ever to manage shipments. Once information is keyed in it automatically flows to other processes handled by the system, keeping data entry to a minimum. For example, the system connects data entered at the warehouse to purchase order information and ultimately generates an air waybill.
