HOLDING IN COMPANY

The Company received notification on 12 January 2005 from Canada Life Limited
that, following a purchase of 175,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
("Shares"), the Canada Life Group of Companies are interested in 4,075,000
Shares, representing approximately 5.18% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
