HOLDING IN COMPANY

The Company has today received notification from Cantor Fitzgerald Europe
("Cantor") that, as at 18 March 2005, Cantor has an interest in and is the
registered holder of 2,484,247 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company,
representing approximately 3.16% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
