EXERCISE OF OPTIONS and BLOCKLISTING

Application has been made for 50,000 ordinary 1p shares in the Company
("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority
("UKLA") and to trading on the London Stock Exchange ("LSE"), pursuant to the
exercise of options under the Company's Executive Share Option (No 2) Scheme.
The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects
with the Company's existing issued Shares. Dealing is expected to commence in
these Shares on 7th September 2005.

Application has also been made to the UKLA and the LSE for the blocklisting of
1,284,416 Shares, to be issued as a result of future exercises of options under
the following options schemes:

Executive Share Option Scheme 567,583 Shares
Executive Share Option (No 2) Scheme 716,833 Shares

The blocklisted Shares will be issued fully paid and will, upon Admission, rank
pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued Shares.
