Resignation of non-executive director

Kewill Systems plc (LSE: KWL) (the “Company”) announces that Tom Angear will step down as a non-executive director of the Company on 31st August 2006 and will therefore not be seeking re-election as a director at the annual general meeting to be held on 14th September 2006.
Andy Roberts, Chairman, stated “On behalf of the board of Kewill Systems plc, I would like to thank Tom for his valuable contribution to Kewill and for his service over the years, and to wish him a very happy and long retirement and all the very best for the future.”

The Company announced on the 19th July 2006 the appointment of Richard Gawthorne as a non-executive director and chairman of the Company’s audit sub-committee.
