The Company today received notification from Cantor Fitzgerald Europe (“Cantor”) that, as at 17 November 2006, Cantor has an interest in and is the registered holder of 5,464,778 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing approximately 6.92% of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital.
