Trading Update
Kewill Systems plc (“Kewill” or “the Group”), the provider of supply chain control software and solutions, today provides an update on trading for the year ended 31 March 2007.
The Board is pleased to announce that full year results will be in line with market expectations, with significantly increased top and bottom line growth, over the same period last year.
In line with the stated strategy, the Group has grown sales organically and by acquisition. Full year results will show growth in revenues and profits in all the Group’s businesses, including the traditional areas of Enterprise Shipping Management and Order Management. In addition the Group’s International Trade & Logistics business will show significant growth both organically and through the addition of CSF and IPACS during the year. The Group had a net cash balance of £5.3 million at 31 March 2007.
Preliminary results will be announced in June.
