KEWILL SYSTEMS PLC (the "Company")

BLOCKLISTING APPLICATION

Application has been made to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority
("UKLA") and to the London Stock Exchange ("LSE"), for the additional
blocklisting of 3,532,447 new ordinary 1p shares in the Company ("Shares"),
subject to future exercises of option under the following option schemes:

Executive Share Option Scheme            3,420,639 Shares

Executive Share Option (No 2) Scheme     111,808 Shares

The blocklisted Shares will be issued fully paid and will, upon issue, rank pari
passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued Shares. Admission,
subject to allotment, is expected to occur on 1 June 2007.
