Kewill Systems plc (the Company), the provider of software and solutions to enable dynamic supply networks, announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held at 11.00am on the 19th July, all the resolutions proposed were duly passed by the shareholders.

Copies of resolutions 8 - 10, being special resolutions, have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document.
