Board Change

Kewill plc ("Kewill" or "the Company"), the provider of software and solutions that simplify global trade and logistics, announces that its Finance Director, Guy Millward, has informed the Board of his intention to leave Kewill in order to join Morse plc, the consulting, technology and support company.

Mr Millward will see the Company through its preliminary results in June and will leave Kewill on 30 June 2009. Until this time he will retain his current responsibilities and will be fully involved in ensuring a smooth transition.

The search for a new Finance Director has begun and an announcement will be made in due course.
