Kewill plc, the provider of software and solutions to simplify global trade and logistics, announces that the proposed interim dividend for the six months ended 30 September 2009 will be paid on 15 January 2010 to shareholders on the register as of 4 December 2009. Following the placing announcement release at 7am on 10 November 2009, the Company would like to confirm that it expects its enlarged share capital to be 89,571,910 Ordinary 1p shares which implies a total interim dividend payment of GBP 313,500, including shares to be issued.
