Kewill plc (LSE: KWL) (the "Company"), the provider of software and solutions that simplify global trade and logistics, today announces that Andy Roberts has given notice of his intention to stand down as both a Director and Non-Executive Chairman of Kewill plc to take up a full time role as Chief Executive Officer of Innovation Group plc.
A formal process to recruit his successor has commenced and a further announcement will be made in due course. Until a new Non-Executive Chairman is appointed, Richard Gawthorne, currently a Non-Executive Director of the Company, will assume the role of Acting Non-Executive Chairman.
