Total Voting Rights

Kewill, the provider of software and solutions that simplify global trade and logistics, announces that as at the 29 March 2011 the total number of ordinary shares of 1p in the Company in issue is 90,634,702.

There are nil ordinary shares held in treasury, and therefore the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 90,634,702.

The above figure of 90,634,702 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
